Scope of welding, cutting and metal profiling services

  • profile cutting (also in closed profiles) by laser cutter type RASKIN of the following: sheet steel up to 6 mm in thickness, graded sheet of up to 2 mm in thickness,

  • profile cutting of other materials, such as: plexiglass, plywood,

  • burning of various profiles (as per drawing, in 1:1 scale) in steel sheet of thickness up to 130 mm, using Statosec device,

  • straightening of sheet and coiling of cylinder casings of max. 2000 mm in diameter and length of 3000 mm, from sheet up to 18 mm thick, and coiling of steel profiles up to 140 mm in height and 9000 mm in length,

  • electrical and gas welding of steel,

  • bending of steel plate up to 12 mm thickness (depends of length),

  • pressing and cutting out of steel plate on blanking press (thickness up to 6 mm),

 

Scope of mechanical working

as part of machining of light-weight elements:

  • turning of short elements with max. diameter of 600 mm,

  • grinding of holes of diameter from 15 to 175 mm and up to 180 mm in length,

  • centreless grinding of elements with diameter ranging from 5 to 63 mm and max. length of 200 mm,

  • grinding of surfaces with max. dimensions of 300 x 600 mm,

as part of machining of heavy-weight elements:

  • milling of elements with max. dimensions of 1200 x 3500 mm,

  • planing of elements with max. dimensions of 950 x 3700 mm,

  • milling of grooves in rollers of diameter up to 160 mm and up to 4000 mm in length,

  • milling of trapezoidal threads of diameter from 16 to 60 mm, travel of 3 to 6 mm and max. length of 4000 mm,

  • turning and grinding of elements of max. diameter of 1500 mm and 3000 mm in length,

  • turning on vertical lathes of elements of diameter up to 1600 mm,

  • static balance and dynamic balance of elements of diameter up to 1500 mm and up to 3000 mm in length,

  • grinding in centres of rollers of diameter up to 900 mm and 4500 mm in length,

  • grinding of surfaces of elements of max. dimensions of 600 x 600 x 3000 mm,

  • slotting and broaching of splineways,

operations on toothed wheels:

  • making of cylindrical gears with straight and screwed teeth (m=1÷8 mm), and gears with internal toothing for individual consideration,

  • executing conical gears with straight teeth (m=1÷5 mm), for diameters of outer wheel from 30 to 250 mm,

  • making of conical gears with curved toothing (m=2÷5 mm), for diameters of outer wheel from 20 to 250 mm,

  • making of worm up to m=5 mm, one-way for min. diameter of 25 mm, 2, 3 and 4-way for individual consideration oraz współpracujące ślimacznice wormgear,

  • executing of belt pulleys of scale T10 and T20,

  • making of chain wheels of scale of up to 1'',

  • making of straight gears for individual consideration,

 

Assembling and installation services

  • assembly, disassembly, renovations and reparations of machines and gear transmissions,

  • malowanie natryskowe i suszenie w piecach elementów o maksymalnych wymiarach 2000 x 2000 x 3000 mm,
